Lukasz Furman

Łukasz Furman blends a multidisciplinary research background in neuroscience and data science with hands-on product and technical leadership. Over the last decade he has worked across neurotechnology, ML, creative technology, and data-driven applications.

  • PhD at Nicolaus Copernicus University's Faculty of Physics, Astronomy and Informatics, focusing on neurofeedback and EEG data processing

  • Lukasz has implemented several advanced AI, signal processing, and data analysis pipelines—from generative text-to-image models to real-time data categorization in Web3 and blockchain—actively used in health, pharma, and tech settings.

Guillem Batiste

Guillem blends a dual background in Medicine and Mathematics with hands-on product leadership. Over the last decade he has worked across data, ML, and AI, building products end to end in tech companies and leading projects and advisory work in healthcare and financial organizations. He is also an AI professor at the Barcelona School of Management.

Julian Hodari

Julian sits at the intersection of technology, growth, and niche-market expansion. He has led BizDev and Sales across regions, built GTM strategy from zero, and led growth at a startup that scaled from $2M to $25M in annual revenue while launching the enterprise motion.
